 Adam Copeland known as Edge was born on October 30, 1973 in Ontario, Canada. He made his pro debut in 1993. While on the indy scene wrestling as Sexton Hardcastle, he teamed with Christian Cage. Edge debuted in the WWE in 1998 as a loner that would enter the ring through the crowd. While feuding with Gangrel, his "brother" Christian debuted at the side of Gangrel. Edge eventually joined the Brood which was led by Gangrel. The Brood then became part of the Ministry of Darkness which later merged into the Corporate Ministry. Edge & Christian left the Brood and Gangrel in 1999 and went on to become the most successful team in WWE history.
